Quality Visitor Experience Training (QVE)
Quality Visitor Experience (QVE) training has been Parks Canada’s primary service training since 2009, having evolved from previous service oriented programs (Quality Visitor Service, Informal Visitor Contact, and Outstanding Visitor Experience). QVE provides a framework/opportunity for all staff to receive common messaging and practice skills to support visitor experience priorities and procedures. It is a very important tool for setting expectations for performance related to quality service delivery, communications, and safety protocols.
